מסמך זה מסדיר את השימוש באתר ובאפליקציות (להלן: "השירות"). השימוש בשירות מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה. This document governs the use of this website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

השירות עשוי לאסוף מידע טכני וסטטיסטי מוגבל, לרבות נתוני מכשיר, נתוני התחברות ואינטראקציות. The Service may collect limited technical and usage data, including device information, log data, and interactions.

באפליקציות לנייד, איסוף המידע עשוי לכלול מזהי מכשיר, נתוני SDK ומיקום משוער (לא מדויק). For mobile apps, this may include device identifiers, SDK data, and approximate location (non-precise).

On the website, we use Google Analytics 4 (a service operated by Google LLC, part of the Firebase platform). The service collects only anonymous data — masked IP address (anonymize_ip), device and browser type, approximate country, pages viewed, and basic interactions. This information is used for statistics and is not linked to personal identity. You may decline this collection via the consent banner on the site, or through your browser settings.

8.טכנולוגיות מעקבTracking Technologies

14.דין וסמכות שיפוטGoverning Law

תנאים אלה כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל עניין הנוגע לתנאים אלה נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction lies exclusively in the competent courts in Israel.
